Brad Habana

Brad Habana is a recognised expert in forming and managing successful partnerships between sports organisations and corporate sponsors in Qatar and South Africa. His notable contributions include his involvement in the FIFA World Cups of 2010 and 2022, showcasing his expertise in sports marketing and tourism. One of his legacy achievements is the long-standing DHL sponsorship of Western Province Rugby and DHL Stadium. Currently, he serves as the Commercial Director for a private marketing agency and recently organised the "Sealine Season 2025" event for Qatar Tourism. Committed to community service, he focuses on supporting previously disadvantaged areas in South Africa and is an official Global Brand South Africa Ambassador. Habana continues to significantly impact sports initiatives, enhancing the industry in both Doha and South Africa.

Dr. Pat Skhonde

Dr. Pat Skhonde

Dr. Pat Skhonde is a highly experienced petrochemical professional with over 20 years in the global energy sector, focusing on country management, business development, and technology implementation. He is knowledgeable in coal to liquids (CTL) and gas to liquids (GTL) technologies, acquired during his tenure at Sasol, where he worked in South Africa, Nigeria, and Qatar. Currently, he serves as Senior Business Manager and Country Manager for Sasol Qatar, overseeing the company's interests, including a 49% stake in the ORYX GTL joint venture with Qatar Energy and promoting stakeholder engagement and community initiatives. Dr. Skhonde started as a scientist and holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of North-West in South Africa, along with an Accelerated Management Development Program qualification from the University of Stellenbosch. He has played a key role in advancing Sasol’s growth and the implementation of its Slurry Phase reactor technology in Qatar and Nigeria.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and certifications such as PMP and CISSP, Paul excels in areas including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and project management. He has successfully led IT transformation projects that improved operational efficiency and cost savings for clients and designed cloud strategies for seamless migrations. Active in community engagement, Paul participates in local tech events and workshops to share insights on technology best practices. Fluent in English and knowledgeable in Arabic, he effectively navigates Qatar's diverse business landscape, making him a valuable contributor to IT-Serve and its clients.

Ewald Müller is the Managing Director of Supervision and Authorisation at the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Regulatory Authority, a position he has held since August 2016 after joining the Authority in April 2012. Prior to this, he served as Director of Prudential Supervision, overseeing banking and asset management. Before joining the QFC, Ewald was Senior Executive: Standards at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), where he influenced international standard-setting and South African regulations. He has extensive experience in financial management, regulation, and investor relations within the financial services sector. Ewald is an active member of several organisations, including the Global Forum for Ethics and the Regional Partnership to Promote Sustainability Reporting. He has served on the UNCTAD Intergovernmental Working Group and has been involved in various corporate governance committees in South Africa and Qatar. Additionally, he has presented at international conferences and has experience in business media as a radio and TV anchor.
